When we preserve our communities, we expand
our collective impact.

ALLinONE

To activate communities
by establishing
lasting spaces for creative and social impact.

About Us

We reclaim neighborhood landmarks and re-envision them into accessible spaces for community gathering, resource-sharing, and social impact.

ALLinONE is an alternative to the harmful cycles of new development, solving vacancy issues
in real estate and combatting systemic structures of disempowerment. The end result: a new model for locally based co-creation.

Here is our promise to our communities.

Preserving neighborhood pillars.
A long-lost church in Flatbush. An 1800s mansion. A historical brownstone. We believe in protecting community landmarks and enlivening unused spaces that have become timeless fixtures of their neighborhoods.

Hyper-integration with local leadership.
Our organization structure includes significant positions for neighborhood representation, and our spaces prioritize local community members.

Community self-determination.
We’re not here to tell creatives or communities what they need. We’re here to help them build it. That means crafting every space and its programming to meet the vision of those it serves.

Accessibility for all.
Subsidized services, communal resources, and co-collaboration are encouraged. By prioritizing economic upliftment and increasing access to local spaces and resources, we make way for everyone to come into their own.

But pass through a rusting iron gate and beneath an unruly canopy of greenery, and you find yourself gawking up at a kind of secret artistic treehouse, a sprawling antebellum Italianate villa painted a jaunty yellow. This is the primary home of the AllInOne Collective, a vibrant community of artists and activists in their late 20s that was founded last year in the teeth of the pandemic.
